These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Highbaji website (highbaji.co) and all associated services. Highbaji is an internationally licensed online gaming platform offering Sports Betting, casino games, and other gaming services.

2.3 Account Security

• Bonuses are typically valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirement refers to how many times the bonus amount must be bet before it can be withdrawn. For example: a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳10,000 in bets.

5.3 Right to Cancel Bonuses

Highbaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Highbaji reserves the right to void the affected bet or settle it at the correct odds.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets are generally refunded.
• Highbaji is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connectivity issues during live betting.
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the event and market.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Highbaji. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Betting with the intent to fix matches or gain unfair advantage.
• Using bots or automated software to play games or place bets.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches or system errors.
• Registering with false information or attempting to bypass the verification process.
• Transactions made using third-party payment methods.

Highbaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• Detection of suspicious or unusual betting patterns.
• Suspected money laundering or fraudulent activity.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account or request self-exclusion, please contact Highbaji support. Any remaining balance will be returned, subject to all bonus wagering conditions being met.

Highbaji strives to deliver the highest quality service; however, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Bets or games lost due to internet disconnection.
• Technical issues on the part of third-party software or game providers.
• Any loss caused by issues with your device or browser.
• Unexpected server downtime or scheduled maintenance.
• Any loss resulting from sharing your account credentials with others.

Highbaji reserves the right to update these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. We will notify users via a platform announcement or registered email before any changes take effect.
